Koa 🐾

Director of Emotional Support and Office Security

Meet Koa, Sesh's Chief Morale Officer. While he doesn't handle scheduling or paperwork, he takes his role very seriously—welcoming clients, giving great examples of what not having boundaries or personal space feels like, conducting office security patrols, monitoring office snack quality, supervising sessions and reminding everyone to paws, occasionally snore, and enjoy the little things. His specialties include stress reduction, unconditional support, and accepting payment in butt scritches.

Jaron "J" Burden

Administrative Assistant

For J, therapy is not about checking off societal boxes or reaching an arbitrary finish line. It is a space for imagination, curiosity, and profound personal growth. Dedicated to helping individuals break free from the suffocating trap of perfectionism, J believes that striving for a "perfect life" is a dead end—it leaves no room for improvement, vulnerability, or true joy.

With a deep love for literature and storytelling, J views the human experience through a narrative lens. He believes that engaging with our inner world of imagination and desire is just as vital as navigating reality. True success has no fixed markers or goalposts; it is found in the deeply personal pursuit of self-acceptance and the freedom to define happiness on your own terms.

If you are tired of life feeling like an escalating performance, J is here to help welcome you into the Sesh community, where you can step off the stage, embrace your beautifully imperfect story, and actively pursue a life of genuine magnificence.
